Hello,

As you have read on the previous page some of my music performance as a musician and producer, I spent 5 years as Director of A & R for Kingdom Records, 1 year as President of The Well Media Group, and 2 years with Tribute Records in Nashville, Tennessee. Gaining valuable knowledge, insight, and experience within the commercial music arena. Additionally, I have served as the Creative Arts Senior Director at 3 of the nation’s largest ministries by providing full-time department creation, development, enhancement, and leadership. In 2023, I officially launched the consulting wing where I assist ministries to bring synergy and symmetry to all entities within their organization. Currently, I am consulting for ministries within the Chicagoland area. I can provide consulting to your ministry virtually or in person.

In April 2016, I released my 1st book entitled, “The Cost of Indecision: A Plan for Music & Life” which presents practical principles on how to properly develop, manage, supervise, organize and structure creative arts and music departments while forming alliances with other departments to strengthen the ministry or organization. This book is also being used at institutions of higher learning around the United States and in Canada as a tool to help develop students who want to become employed in creative arts, ministry and/or the music arena.

On March 2020, I released my 2nd book entitled, “Notes to a Leader”, which discusses 16 topics that many leaders, regardless of the area you lead, struggle with personally while leading others. From Addiction to Succession…many leaders are yet to resolve the person in the mirror. These topics tend to go undressed while developing other leaders in the departments and organizations we are responsible for. This book attempts to bring resolve to areas unaddressed in the leader.

in 2024, I released the “Music & Fine Arts Manual” which is a detail handbook on how to assess and restructure the creative arts department. It can also be used as a template for ANY ministry that you will be leading.

In previous positions, I served as Senior Director of Creative Arts & Development at New Life Covenant Church Southeast in Chicago, Il, Pastor of Worship/Music at All Nations Worship Assembly Chicago, Il and Minister of Music at Valley Kingdom Ministries International in Oak Forest, Il.

Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for American Blues Theater in Chicago, Illinois and on the Board of Directors for Black Christian Influencers (BCI). In addition, I serve on the Equity Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Committee for Porchlight Music Theater Company in Chicago. In April 2021, I was ordained as a Pastor at New Life Covenant Church Southeast. In September of 2022, I received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Sacred Music: Praise & Worship from WWMI Seminary and Bible Institute in Indiana.
